Dr. Megan Kirk Chang is a Senior Researcher at the University of Oxford, working across Psychiatry and Primary Care. With a PhD in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and advanced training in Health Psychology, she brings over two decades of academic and clinical trials experience across Canada, the USA, and the UK. Her research focuses on evidence synthesis, multicomponent intervention design, and co-design with lived experience to support lifestyle change in mental illness. She currently leads metabolic psychiatry innovations, including AI-supported ketogenic and GLP-1–based programmes, and develops behaviour- change interventions within Oxford Health BRC’s Preventing Multiple Morbidities theme to improve patient wellbeing.
