Biography

Felicitus Farai Ngubo: Public Health Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in public health, Felicitus Farai Ngubo is a highly skilled specialist in HIV programming and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Her career began as a volunteer support group leader with Zvandiri, where her dedication and expertise quickly earned her the role of Paediatric and Adolescent Nurse. She later rose to the position of Regional Capacity Building Lead, where she spearheaded technical capacity-strengthening initiatives across Angola, Malawi, Eswatini, Tanzania, and Mozambique under the READY+ consortium funded by the Netherlands Embassy.
Felicitus has extensive experience in implementing paediatric and adolescent programming, as well as building the capacity of implementing partners and governments across the region. In April 2024, she transitioned into consultancy and subsequently founded her own organization, focusing on supporting elderly individuals, particularly those with dementia.
A registered general nurse, Felicitus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, a Diploma in General Nursing, and multiple certifications in HIV management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Global and Public Health, further enhancing her expertise to make a lasting impact in the health sector.
