I am an MBA student specializing in Healthcare Administration, with a background in Tourism Management and Hospitality from South Korea. My exposure to the aging population began during my undergraduate years when I led senior-friendly travel programs. This experience sparked my passion for elderly care, leading me to volunteer in home care settings, assisting individuals with dementia. I have actively attended workshops and conferences on dementia and home care, deepening my knowledge in the field.
