Dementia

Dementia is a type of disorder that affects cognitive functions, memory, and day-to-day tasks. It is prevalent in old populations. Pathological reasons can vary, including brain deterioration and nerve cell damage, ultimately leading to cognitive decline. At the same time, it is noted that consciousness is not affected much, but it triggers emotional, motivational, and behavioral changes. This brain disorder affects not only the individual but also their families, caregivers, and society.
