Advances in Alzheimer's Disease Research and Treatment
Alzheimer's Disease is the most common type of dementia, accounting for 60–80% of all cases of this disease. This neurodegenerative disease results from the deposition of the brain, causing neuronal damage and cellular death, leading to cognitive impairments. Fortunately, scientists have made great strides in disease. We are glad to inform the public of the research developments in Alzheimer's, such as new therapies and care strategies, which will be presented at the upcoming Dementia World Conference (DWC).
